Common questions
- How is a loyalty program different from MLM?
- Members earn on their own purchases, or on the products they install or sell. There are no levels, no recruitment and no joining fee.
- Who prints the QR codes?
- We generate the code files; your packaging vendor prints them. We share formats that work with common printing setups.
- Can members redeem cash?
- Yes, by UPI or bank transfer through a payout partner your company contracts with. Tax deduction applies above certain limits, and the system produces the reports.
- How do you stop fake scans?
- Every code is single-use and tied to a batch. We add location checks, scan limits per member and alerts for patterns such as many scans from one phone.
